Excellent Condition.  No rips, tears or stains.  Very little / no wear to tread.  There is a small scuff on the right toe sidewall (pictured).  There is also a small brown spot on that same sidewall (see same picture).  There is another very small brown spot on the sidewall near heel (also pictured).  Please see photos for detailed item condition / description.
