Order processing

Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed. Please ensure that any cancellations are made before receiving the processing notification through messages. Kindly note that orders placed between Friday after 5PM PST and Monday 9AM PST cannot be cancelled, as our ability to approve cancellations is limited to our normal business hours during the week.

Delivery Issues

- If you order multiple parts or a KIT, there may be cases where we have to ship the parts from multiple warehouse locations. In that case, you may get some parts sooner than others.

- If the package is lost in transit, a replacement or a refund will be issued.

Damaged Items

- Rarely, damage will occur during shipping - if you see severe damage to the box and can clearly see that the part is also damaged, REFUSE the shipment AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. We will either get a new product out to you as soon as possible, or if the damaged product was the last one available in stock, we will refund you in full.

- If you discover your item is damaged after receiving and opening the package ? Please provide photos of the damages to the product so we can clearly see - the photo(s) must clearly show which product is damaged with clear images of the damage to that product ? in this case we will be able to provide you a replacement at no cost. If no replacement is available, we will issue you a refund on the damaged part.

- If the product is found to be defective or incorrect based on the description of the part that was ordered, please Contact us immediately with a digital photo of the product, we will assist you with the returning procedure and send out a product FREE of cost. If no replacement is available, we will issue you a refund in full.
