Wow this is a great bowl, it has great butterscotch color. Westmoreland Glass produced only produced a small amount of Carnival Glass. It has good color and I like the pattern. The bowl is not signed. It is in good condition with no cracks or chips, has an inclusion in the glass, a dark spot, and a void on the base where the mold did not fill, see photos. It measures 8 1/2 inches wide and 2 7/8 inches tall. See photos.
