Please note that you must contact us via eBay message in the first instance of non-receipt of your order. We will be unable to assist if contacted after 14 working days of the order being placed.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed and therefore, please ensure all details are correct!

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty.
Always ask for a 'Proof of Posting' certificate when posting stuff to us as we cannot be held responsible for goods that get lost in transit (your statutory rights are not affected). We recommend you keep your proof of posting safe, just in case.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your item, you can initiate a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when it was received. It should also include all accessories that were included with the item. Please note that all underwear is excluded from our return policy due to hygiene reasons. If you are returning footwear, please do not attach the label or any sticky tape to the footwear box as your return will not be accepted.

Please fill out the necessary details at the bottom of your invoice clearly stating the reason for return. You can also open eBay return request specifying the exact reason for returning the item. Refunds are processed within 2 days of receipt; a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

We do not offer exchanges, if you would like a different colour/size please place another order!
