This is a 1971 copy of sheet music of Amazing Grace.

The lovely lady named Hazel who owned this sheet music had it with other sheet music that was in much better condition, that was decades older. That tells me that she was either gifted this piece of sheet music or she played it so often that it ended up in this well-loved condition.
