KATE SPADE New York Black Saffiano Leather Tote Handbag. About 12" x 10" x 4.25", with 4" drop from top of the handles to top of purse (4" drop as shown - can adjust up or down a bit with buckles). Exterior is in very good condition except that the edge of one handle is worn (see close-up photo). Lining is soiled; I haven't done anything to clean it other than wiping it out good with a damp cloth. Missing the optional shoulder strap. Priced accordingly!
