All packages are careful packed .All sales are final. once package is over to postal it’s out of my hands .please be mindful to your area weather condition do not leave packages exposed to extreme heat or cold. If your plant is dead upon arrival please send me pictures and videos within 6 hours of delivery. I will refund or replace the dead plant.
