Good Day! Up for sale today we have a pretty nice, somewhat older Anglican Service Book. This appears to be from 1991, and it is a "Traditional Language Adaptation of the 1979 Book of Common Prayer together with The Psalter or Psalms of David and Additional Devotions." I'm not sure who it was published by. Please view photos, as I did try to photograph the information pages so you can see things like dates, editors, publishers, contents, etc.

The book is in pretty good overall shape. It does have some wear from age and use. There are some discolorations at the inside front cover, the inside front cover page, and the inside back cover that look to me like there may have been bookplates or something else lightly pasted inside here at one time. Those items were either removed or fell out. There is, however, still a little passage pasted onto the title page. Page 41/42 has a strip of tape running neatly down the edge, and then an orange tab attached here. Page 353/354 does have a small hole in the page. It doesn't affect anything on 353 but it does affect a few numbers on 354. I did notice a small bit of pencil marking inside. I only saw marking on three pages, but there may be a little more. I flipped through several times, though, so if there is more, it is probably very small and/or very light. Otherwise, I didn't notice any large rips or tears, large stains, etc. It is possible that there may be a very small rip, small spots, a very small or very light bit of marking, a couple little creases or dog-ears, etc., as these are used books, and I have 2 cartloads of books to go through, and I just can't flip over every single page, but I'm generally pretty good at spotting issues. I did not see anything of note with this book other than the issues described above. That being said, the book(s) will have some age and use wear that is perfectly normal for being older, used books. The spine(s) are probably not as tight as they once were. They may have some smudges or a little light discoloration, etc. Just think of it as the kind of thing you'd find at a thrift store or garage sale. Someone's old, used books. Please do note that the book(s) shown in the photos are the exact book(s) you will receive. We do not use stock photos.
