I have stated that the comic book's condition is very good. However, it is sealed in a clear plastic sleeve, and I do not wish to open it because of this. It quite possibly therefore, could be new. The certificate is clearly genuine and it and the comic appear to be in undamaged condition. I am no Comics enthusiast and therefore my knowledge is only what I have been able to find on the internet.
