You will receive a new Allison TCM programmed with correct software for your VIN. The TCM may be any of the following numbers:

IMPORTANT:  This TCM requires programming, which is included free in this listing.  After purchase please send us your VIN and we will program the TCM.  You need only disconnect battery, install the TCM, reconnect battery and drive the vehicle.  No additional procedures are required.  The TCM auto-learns.  Any shift idiosyncrasies or idle instability are transient and will disappear on their own.  To avoid delays in processing of your order please message your VIN as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE:  The TCMs in this listing are for 09+ pickup trucks ONLY (2500/3500 Sierra/Silverado).  If you have an 06+ Medium Duty truck (C4500/C5500+) or Workhorse Chassis RV, this listing is not compatible with your vehicle.  For those vehicles please contact us with your VIN and we will help you.

WARRANTY:  If TCM fails within 30 days of delivery, please contact us and we will exchange it for a replacement unit.  All TCMs must be installed by professional mechanic into the actual, unmodified, vehicle (whose VIN) it was ordered for.

All TCMs must be returned in same condition as they are received.  Any alteration to the TCM, which includes opening or (re)programming it, voids the warranty.  If you damage the case (break the brass rings or snap off the mounting tabs on the connector, etc) the TCM cannot be returned.

This is our part warranty, not an Ebay return policy.  Due to buyers abusing the Ebay return system, we no longer offer an Ebay return policy and do not accept returns for refund.  We are not a free troubleshooting try-a-part loaner service -- you cannot install our TCM to determine that your problem was something else, and return it having used it to figure out that you don't need one.
