* Gorgeous baby blue, middle blue and pink wool tweed skirt that was made in France for the Higbee company, a high end department store in the Cleveland Ohio area

* Fitted wide waistband with small blue horizontal strips of leather (faux pockets?).  A- line cut with an inverted kick pleat down the front.  Fastens in the back with a zipper and hook and eye. Fully lined in a contrasting teal.  

* Condition:  Great preowned condition. The blue leather trim has a little dirt. The wool is in great condition without any stains, holes, loose seams.

I cannot be certain of their life before coming to me, however all items have been properly cleaned before listing, with the exception of NEW items. REFUNDS:
