All our parts comes from a used vehicle and Fully Tested before removal.
Might have signs of normal wear like scruffs, rust marks and scratches.
We take pictures of every single item, so you can see its exact condition.
PARTS SHOWN IN PICTURE IS WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE, unless description states different.

BULKY ITEMS SUCH AS A BUMPERS, BONNETS AND THE REST OF THE BODYWORK

You MUST check and inspect the item when you received it. We pack and protect all the items very carefully, however, sometimes during the transit could be damaged. If the item arrived damaged - please DO NOT sign it and send it back to us. We only accept the DAMAGED body/bulky items if they are NOT SIGNED. In this case we could file a claim for the courier company. If you SIGNED for the item - means that you are SATISFIED with the condition received.

You should contact with us immediately after the DAMAGED item is NOT signed and sent back with the courier to return with all details provided.

All of the BODYWORK parts are SOLD for RE-SPRAY. We could not guarantee any coding or color matching.

ENGINES, GEARBOXES, INTERIORS ETC

Large items which is sent by the pallets could take additional days to be delivered, as there is a different courier service providers used.

FITMENT AND COMPATIBILITY

It is the buyer's responsibility to determine whether the part will fit their car. YOU MUST KNOW YOUR PART NUMBER.
If you have any doubts - check with your local dealer or other sources to make sure that you're purchasing the right part.
Most electronic parts such as Radio's, ECU's, etc may need to be CODED by Auto Electric specialist.
We do not guarantee color matching on any parts, unless color code provided.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

For most items, UK mainland shipping is free and will be shipped no later than next working day of cleared payment.
If you would like faster shipping we can offer a £10 express delivery option for most of our items. You must pay shipping charges at checkout, these charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
If the item not received in time please check the Tracking Number which is always provided.
Before leaving negative feedback for not received, damaged or not working item please contact us first as we ready to sort it out ASAP.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship most items worldwide, but some big or heavy items cannot be shipped without additional cost, International Shipping prices may vary.
We're not responsible for any customs fees that may occur within your country.

RETURNS

We will accept returns within 30 days of receiving the item.
If you are reporting that item is faulty, only PROFESSIONAL explanation by the garage will be accepted (scanned or photographed diagnostic report).
All our parts are marked and will be inspected once received. Only parts with our mark and in original pictured condition will be refunded.
If the item was damaged during shipment - you MUST give us PROOF that the carrier is at fault in order for us to file a claim.
We're not responsible for installation errors, labor expenses and/or any other expenses that may occur.
Return shipping costs are BUYER'S responsibility.
If you are RETURNING the item as "Does not fit" or with any of the not genuine reason (without professional explanation by the approved garage) - there will be a 20% handling fee applied + our cost to postage to you deducted from the refund money. You MUST be sure what you've ordered.
