The Glass itself is frosted but, when taking photos of even frosted glass under bright light it may appear as though there are tiny marks in the glass. That is just light refraction and should be ignored as it is not actually there. The same way things that aren't actually there may appear with repeated use of the glass.

It's always fun to collect Shot Glasses with logos from places you've actually been. I have a collection of shot glasses from some of the places that I have actually been too.
