This top has adjustable spaghetti shoulder straps, a crossover front that ties at the side, and an elastic back. There is a button at the top of the cross over.

It is Womens Plus size XL. I also have this listed in size 3XL.

The measurements are 23" from one underarm seam to the other and the length measures 18" from the top of the bust down.
