Timed Deliveries: On Request
Customers are responsible for orders once the package arrives at the supplied delivery address. It is

Nutel Solutions Ltd T/A Fonejoy offers its customers a full refund within 14 working days after the goods arrive. Customers must cancel their order and return the goods at their own cost for a refund. A refund will be provided within 30 days.
All goods returned should be received in the same condition in which they were dispatched, including outer packaging.
Any item may be returned for any reason within 14 days of the date of dispatch so long as it remains in a saleable condition. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser.
To return any faulty items to Fonejoy - parcel them securely, including all manuals, accessories and original packaging. Please be aware YOU are responsible for the goods until received by us. Include a short note detailing your original order reference, contact details and reason for return.
