They were then harvested at peak ripeness (completely yellow).  The seeds were then removed, air-dried, packaged, and ready to be shipped to you for you to grow your own. All of our pepper seeds are hand selected from from only the strongest and best growing pepper plant's. Hand harvested from fully mature peppers, to ensure the highest rates of seed germination. These are non-gmo and grown organic, without the use of pesticides, insecticides. Open pollinated for the most natural to nature. All where grown on my property in my Pepper Patch..
