5 step String Hoppers  using  String Hopper Natural Trays

Step 1:In a large bowl, Add salt into string hopper flour and mix flour for 1 minute.

Step 2: Add boiling water gradually into the mixture and mix well until it develops a soft dough.

Step 3: Put a piece of dough into the mold, press, and lay the strings on

               to  the  String Hopper   Natural  Trays

Step 4: Steam it for 5 – 10 minutes.

Step 5: Repeat the process till the dough is finished.
