Damaged in Transit
Question: What happens if the goods are damaged in transit?
· Please check carefully your goods on delivery and if package is damaged you must inform delivery person and must write damaged parcel or tick on “Unchecked” when signing for delivery. If you have received goods damaged in transit, you must report to us within 48 hours of receipt. We cannot accept any damage claims outside of this time frame.
· Please take few pictures of the box and the item then please send message through eBay as required by the courier, and don’t forget to write your eBay ID in the email for reference.
