Book has a clear cover in a slip case. The book has tight pages. It does smell like grandma's attic if you sniff inside closely. The book is tight as if it was never even opened. 
Light shelf wear along the edges and corners. Slip case has shelf wear, some tearing along crease . You can see this in the photos
