We offer text in various colours (white, black, silver or gold). If no colour is requested the grey & black bags will be personalised with white text as standard, the white bags will be personalised with gold text as standard and the kraft bags will be personalised with black text as standard.
Shipping - we aim to have
your order dispatched within 5 working days. All items within the U.K. are sent
by 2nd class postage with Royal Mail. This service aims to deliver your parcel
within 3-5 working days. Please note that once orders have been dispatched, we
are not responsible for any delays, however if you make us aware of any delays
we will do all we can to chase your parcel for you.
Need your order sooner? If you need your order sooner, we do offer an Express delivery at a £2.00 surcharge – this will guarantee your order is dispatched first class the next working day (if ordered before 17:00pm).
