Watches are cleaned and new battery installed. I monitor for 48hrs to make sure they are keeping good time. I try to disclose any issue with the watch, but at times a flaw can be overlooked. If for some reason watch is not working upon receipt please return so I can diagnose problem and issue refund. I want watch back so I can head off problems in future. I pack in small box with bubble wrap to protect during shipping. I try to list strap size or show size in photos on all listing but if missing please ask before purchase.  If for some reason watch does not fit you can buy new strap(at your expense) or have links installed by local, reputable watch repair shop.  I strive for excellent customer service and would like a chance to rectify any problems before you leave a negative review.  Thanks for supporting my small business.
