We are a second hand store and unless specifically stated all items are used. We do the best we can to be thorough when describing an item. Questions are welcome but please understand that we are not the original owners of any items for sale. Our knowledge of all items is based off past experience in using/handling/selling a product and select or niche items are often out of our expertise. If we do not know the answer to a question we will do our best to answer it, but technical questions may better be suited for your own research as we may not know what to look for. Leading customers astray on a product is the last thing we want and if you know more about an item than we do, your own research may find you a better answer.
Shipping & Returns
Our eBay store is manned Monday thru Friday 10am - 5pm EST. Please keep that in mind when contacting us.
The buyer has 30 days to return an item if they are not satisfied for a full refund.
Shipping is available within the continental United States. We offer combined shipping for your multiple purchases. We ship our items using USPS or Fed Ex.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or if someone was not there to accept the package, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping charges.
Please contact us for more information prior to bidding. We ship items within 1 business day after receiving payment.
