This solid white v neck tank top has ruffled shoulder straps. The fabric is stretchy ribbed knit. It is ruched up the center of the front and ties at the top. I also have this listed in sizes 1XL & 2XL.

It is a size 3XL.

The measurements are 20 1/4" and stretches tight at 28" from one underarm seam to the other, the bottom is 20" across, and the length measures 20".
