STAND NOT INCLUDED. In good/very good condition. Measurement in photo. Clear, gold with some iridescence to it, with gold leaf design and highlights. 

Minor Expected wear(see photos). Found no chips or cracks, maybe some imperfections in finish in places. Could have a few tiny light scratches, there is some wear on gold highlights on circular edges in places(see photos). 

Might be small things that were missed so please see all photos. Has only been given a very light cleaning. Contact if still questions. Found no Maker's Mark. Well made piece, nice add to any collection!
