Real Good Toys Victorian Painted Lady Dollhouse Kit Model # JM4600 Unassembled  This item has been in storage for a family member, when I asked about it I was told this was opened and was beginning to be assembled but was too much of a project. I can not be sure if all parts are present but it seems the story of opening and putting back away carefully checks out as THIS DOES LOOK LIKE A PROJECT, Much of the kit is unopened and untouched.
