Tag states 'Petites 8' -- please see the pictures with the tape measure for measurements to make sure this will be a good fit.
The waist is approximately 26 inches, and the length from waist to hem is approximately 28 1/2 inches.
This vintage skirt has some age-related wear as shown (for example, pictures #6, 8), but I do not see any tears or stains. I think the clasp mechanism may have had extra thread added to reinforce its attachment (pictures # 12, 13, 14).
Dry clean only per the tag.
