Very cute vintage y2K babydoll style tie back mini dress by brand Sweet Storm! Has a mesh overlay layer, ruched bust, sequin waist detail, and fixed spaghetti straps.  It's giving soft goth prom. It's giving grungy whimsigoth formal. In great condition with minor signs of wear ( a few pulls in the mesh overlay but nothing super noticeable).
