Before Returns:
- We strive to satisfy our customers' expectations in quality and service. As human beings, sometimes we might overlook item condition. If you have problem with the item purchased, please contact us first before opening a case, most of time problem is simple and we will make it right for you.
- We are guaranteed for the functionality of the product we sell, so the Buyer has to share a valid proof (pictures are better than hundred words)when returning as "not working or defective"
Returns:
- All return items must be the same things what we sent to Buyer. PLEASE do not buy our working item and return your broken one to us and attempt to get your money back. We take pictures of our actual items, record serial numbers, & also mark them so that they are distinguishable. We report Mail Fraud to eBay & USPIS.
- All return items must be in the condition it was received. This means Buyer must ship back everything original condition we sent to Buyer. We reserve the right to refuse returns or withhold up to 50% of the purchase price as per eBay policy if missing or broken parts cause by Buyer.
