These shoes are pre-owned condition and will likely show signs of wear.

If it's not pictured, I do not have the original box.  

When and where needed I clean/polish, launder, dry, and deodorize the shoes & insoles with allergen friendly materials. 

Most shoes will be shipped in a box.  Multiple shipping options are available on almost all of my listings, double check to find the best shipping price for you. Shoes less than 1lb will not be shipped in a box to pass on lowest (USPS 1st Class) shipping rate to you.  I ship items daily, M-F by 9 AM PST.  Purchases made Fri-Sun are shipped out Monday AM.  

I do my best to take a specific picture any significant flaws I find on new to you shoes.  This does not include light scuffs, stains, or other minimal signs of wear that I often see on used shoes, as these can be seen in my regular pictures. 

I grade my shoes on a scale of 1-5, with 5 being best.  In the condition description you will see my grade for these shoes with a short descriptor of what that means. On the Mobile App you need to click on "About this item" to see my rating.  

Obviously, pictures of flaws and evaluation of shoe condition are based on my opinion.  If, upon receipt of your shoes your opinion differs let me know and I’ll make it right for you or you can simply return the shoes. 

If you ever have questions about a particular pair of shoes or would like a different angle for a picture let me know.  I will respond to reasonable questions within 24-hours.
