This is a fantastic 1980s black lace with appliqué leather that is beautifully placed. 

Some of the patches of leather have sequins sewn to give it just a little bit of shimmer 

There is a satin slip attached under lovely eyelash lace edges along the hemline! I have worn this wants to a party and I’ve worn it a few times with just a T-shirt and my sandals it’s very versatile and it’s so beautiful.

And the skirt is 34 inches in length and 25 at the hip a beautiful A-line skirt 81 inches on the bottom of this beautiful A-line skirt.
