Vintage Charter Club Floral MIDI Dress Size 14 Cottage Core Colorful Belted

Measurements in pictures are pit to pit, flat waist, full length. This dress is belted and pull over.

The top is sort of a wrap style with no button closure at the neckline. There is one button and one hook and eye at the waist. There are strings to put the belt in but I would probably cut them off. One is loose on one side as you can see in the picture.
