Nancy Drew, The Double Jinx Mystery of book #50, published in 1973. It’s a hard cover book written by Carolyn Keene and it is in pretty good condition!

All but one of the top corners are all still sharp, the binding is tight and none of the pages are ripped or folded. The only issues with it is that it was owned by Beth Murrow and she wrote her name on the inside cover with blue ink and with what I think was a pencil on the other inside cover - but I didn’t have an eraser so I couldn’t check. Other than the original $1.50 price tag on the front the book looks pretty good.
