Once you buy from us. We highly recommend to you to send us your VIN so we can decode it and match compatibility in our system. 
In some cases we may need your vin or part# to process your order. 
Customers are advised to match compatibility in with compatibility chart. It is customer's responsibility to ensure that they are buying the correct part before purchase
In case you purchase a wrong part we will charge you a 30% restocking fee and no refunds will be offered on the shipping fee
Items are usually shipped within 3 to 5 business days. All our items are shipped with either UPS or FedEx standard delivery  
Standard delivery includes shipping to the continental United States only  
If the item arrives damage, customer will have notify us within 24 hours of delivery, so we may send you a replacement or a refund depending on stock availability

Part Condition & Warranty:

Is is a used part which may show signs of wear
All of our items come with a standard 30 day warranty which does not include any labor, diagnostics, towing, or any other cost which may incur related to an item being damaged/defective/incorrect 
Parts must be professionally installed by a certified mechanic or technician in order for them to work properly

Returns & refunds:

All of our items come with a 30 day returns, buyers will have to pay for the return shipping 
In case you do not need a part anymore it must be returned in the same packaging it came in
Items showing signs of improper installation or tampering will not qualify for refund 
In case an incorrect item is delivered customers are advised to send us picture so we can rectify and send you a replacement or a refund
